Onsite Facilities & Amenities

The Eagle's Healing Nest property in Sauk Centre, MN includes several onsite facilities and amenities to support our staff and residents.

Food Service Building

Includes a full commercial kitchen, dining area with capacity for 60 people, utilized by staff, residents & guests.

Agriculture

Our onsite barn & stable provides a place for our horses that are used for equine therapy. We also have an onsite vegetable garden that is tended to by our veterans.

Education Center

Continuing education classes & certifications are available to our residents who want to pursue their GED and/or AA degree from an accredited college.

Industrial Education

The Nest offers job training skills for veterans to be able to enter back into the workforce, such as:Construction, Plumbing & Heating, Carpentry, Woodworking and Painting.

Events & Recreation

The Nest offers a variety of recreational activities, both on and offsite. Onsite activities and events may include music & recording area, gardening, art classes, rock shop, community gatherings & events. Offsite activities may include retreats, veteran trips, fishing, etc.

Chapel

We have a chapel onsite at the Nest that allows for spiritual healing for veterans and their families. The chapel holds regular, non-denominational services every Sunday morning.
